Millbrook Exchange Park, located in North Raleigh off Capital Blvd at 1905 Spring Forest Road, is one of my favorite places to play tennis. Their numerous tennis courts are very well lit making them an ideal place to play at night. Since there are so many courts available, the wait is usually very short as well.
Millbrook Exchange Park has much more to offer though than just great tennis courts! The have a brand new playground area, a large community center with a variety of classes and programs for all ages, a dog park, athletic youth programs, 2 meeting rooms, a workout room, and much more.
For nights when I don’t have much time, I play close to home at J.B Flaherty Park in Wake Forest. This 100 acre park has 4 lighted tennis courts, a playground, 3 baseball/softball fields, a picnic shelter, and the J.H. Flaherty Park Community Center.
