I am known at Go as Tammy O. and I have been in real estate since graduating Western Carolina University in 1988. Go Catamounts! I have experience in many areas of both buying and selling a home. I have managed construction of homes from foundation through the entire building process to settlement, developed and maintained marketing materials for community sales, worked as a mortgage loan officer and developed and maintained management of a sub-association for a community. I have been married to the love of my life, Davis Orebaugh, for 22 years, and we have two amazing children, Walt 15 and Samantha 13. I have held and continue to maintain leadership roles in my church and kid’s school.
