Life is hard enough and moving is stressful. But when life gets crazy and a move is a must, it is imperative you have someone on your side with your best interest at heart. This is where I found myself with Denni Haywood several years ago, as a Kentucky girl asking lots of questions about North Carolina! How do you begin to know where you want to relocate your family when there are so many concerns to consider? What is the best area for my family to feel at home? How are the schools in the area, and will we fit in with the neighbors and local church? It is enough to make anyone’s head spin with the fear of the unknown. Denni had a way of asking probing questions and then matching my family to the best suited area for us. She ended up finding us the perfect community to settle down in, and we did quite nicely.
Then life happened again, and our smooth sailing got a little, well…rocky. We needed to sell for top dollar, and quickly due to circumstances beyond our control. Denni was at my side, guiding me through not just house prep, but supporting me as I tried to weather the storm. She sold the house quickly and for top dollar as she promised. She was there with a smile and a hug, and words of encouragement even when things seemed almost hopeless. She was more to me than my agent, she was my support, my sounding board, my glimmer at the end of the tunnel that I was going to be okay. It’s not often we get to do life with those who step into our world for what was supposed to be business, but some people, like Denni, just can’t help but make it personal. Denni has been my agent for years, but she is now my friend for life. Knowing I have someone to completely trust and has my best interest at heart…It is priceless!
