You have once again shown why you are the best. You helped us get the right resources engaged to determine the list and order of things we would need to do to get the house prepared for sale. You then even referred specific companies that could help us get the work done quickly and at a fair rate!
You were constantly checking with us on the process as things moved along and helped us when we encountered some struggles.
Particularly, we appreciated you interceding when the painter was pushing back on some requested repairs. You kept him motivated to do the right thing and to get it completed before our scheduled showings were planned.
Your team (thank you Jan!) Is very professional and responsive, and we appreciate all of your hard work. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we will certainly provide future referrals for anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home!
