We were introduced to Courtney Brown through a fellow graduate student at Duke University. Although we knew we wanted to buy in Durham, we were stuck waiting for our house out of town to sell first. Once we received and accepted an offer on our previous home, we immediately called Courtney and we were looking at potential houses the same day. Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient (our toddlers accompanied us to every showing and were with us during every part of the buying process). We were able to find a home, close and relocate to Durham all in under a month. The hard work and understanding of Courtney and her team made it an easy transition for our family.
