Courtney is definitely a 10, she is trustworthy, explained everything and answered all of our questions. She continues to follow-up with us even after we closed. Buying a house takes a lot of time and some things were out of our control, from the beginning, Courtney was very honest about time frames and expectations. So when there were times the builder got a little delayed, we didn’t get all stressed out, knowing that sometimes that happens. Courtney was just great to work with.
