Elizabeth was raised in NJ by her wonderful adoptive family since she was 7 yrs of age. She graduated from James Madison University in VA with a double major in Dietetics and Spanish. During her junior year of college; she earned the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student in Salamanca, Spain. After graduating from college; she applied and successfully earned one of 10 spots in a one- year dietetic internship in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Her 22+ year career as a bilingual dietitian, allowed her to serve patients of all ages and backgrounds in both hospital & clinic settings. She also had various management roles leading both salaried and hourly employees. During her career as a dietitian, Elizabeth had the opportunity to live and work in various parts of Texas; as well as Oklahoma City. This allowed her to visit other nearby states in the southwest. She has proudly called the triangle area home since 2000; initially living in Cary and then buying her first investment property with her husband; a duplex near downtown Apex. After living 5 great years in one side of the duplex while renting the other side; she and her growing family chose to buy a lot in a then new subdivision in another part of Apex and experienced first-hand the new construction process.
Elizabeth’s dynamic background has equipped her to organically transition to become a very competent real estate advisor since 2015. She loves serving clientele of various ethnic; social; & economic backgrounds. Her past client 5-star reviews are a testament to Elizabeth’s dedication to providing excellent service resulting in positive results for both sellers and buyers. This level of trust has allowed her to have repeat clients who also refer her to their friends and family. Her commitment to on-going learning both in business and personal growth; helps her stay at the top of her game.
When Elizabeth is not busy serving her real estate clients; she loves spending time with her husband Peter; daughter Gretchen; and their two rescue dogs; Domino and Stella; as well as having fun with friends. She’s very lucky to have most of her extended family nearby around the triangle area; which allows them to get together for holidays and celebrate each other’s birthdays. Elizabeth volunteers weekly @ the Carying Place in Cary; where she’s part of a team that works to equip homeless employed clients with life skills; particularly with managing money smartly so they can regain permanent housing. She also volunteers @ NC Reading Service where she and other volunteers read the Que Pasa newspaper on the radio for people who are sight/reading impaired.
