We spent a lot of time looking at multiple properties on our own before connecting with Chuck and once we did…we found “the one” on the first outing. We went into it knowing that there would be some issues with purchasing an older home as our first investment property but when those, and more, came up, Chuck and his team were on top of it and handled all of the details for us. We felt and we knew that this was not just about “the sale” to him as they continued to help us with coordinating vendors and repairs after the closing date to make sure our new property was just the way we wanted it for our new tenant. We would recommend Chuck to anybody looking to buy a home and we can’t wait to call him when it’s time to purchase our next investment property.
