I would say “challenges” in our case, would be a slight understatement and to overcome them would take a miracle. Well, in a year blanketed by overcast, Pete Marston and his team were a welcomed ray of sunshine. They helped our family navigate through the entire gauntlet, better than we could have hoped for.
We leaned on Pete for everything; insight of the area to find a neighborhood that was a best match for our family, viewing the properties in person on our behalf (FaceTime included), guiding us on our offers – negotiating along the way, referring us to his trusted professional network including legal, finance, inspection and contractor teams (all exceptional) and most importantly, keeping everything on track within our timeline – through ALL of the obstacles that came our way.
