Marilyn has been a joy to work with. The sale of our home was not easy or conventional because it was being sold along with a number of other homes to a developer. Marilyn was there for us every step of the way. She negotiated a sales price that was much higher than we ever thought we could get, and she kept us up to date and reassured us all along the way.
