We felt like we were in such good hands with Marilyn! 

After the first phone call with her, a sense of relief came over us knowing she was going to help us. 

We had initially planned to use our agent that assisted us in purchasing our home, but there were disagreements on the listing price and when we could list as “coming soon.” We felt that we weren’t being heard in what we wanted. In an almost panic I made a call to Marilyn, who was referred to us, and she assured me she would take care of us and she truly did!

Marilyn listened to our wishes. She was always available by phone call, e-mail, and text! She guided us, answering all our questions even when we gave her little notice. She made sure we felt comfortable with every step along the way.  She always kept us in the loop.
