The process of building a new home and moving from out of state was very long but I’m happy that I got good guidance throughout. Chuck was very calm and reassuring and kept me well informed. He also provided good referrals for my mortgage loan, home inspections, fencing contractors and more. I can’t think of anything he could have done better. You hear people complain about building a new home all the time, but with a good realtor and a great builder, it was very easy. I would say that Chuck does his job very well, provides great referrals and (now remember that I’m seventy) is a cutie.
