Mandi was really patient and understanding of our specific needs for a home. While we were looking at homes, she pointed out all the things that we didn’t even know to look for and educated us on what was important to notice. We felt like she was a friend that had our interests as her priority. We put in a few offers that were not accepted causing us to feel hopeless, but not Mandi she would just come up with a new approach and an even better home. She was always upbeat and encouraging. Her main concern was getting us into a home and not letting us get in over our heads. Her advice was always spot on and we always felt comfortable since she educated us along the way. Even after we closed, she had the best contacts for us. We have tried other realtors and after working with Mandi to buy our first home we would never use or let friends or family use anyone else.
