We were referred to Ashley by Nate and Kelsey Akin who had worked with her a handful of times!  We were excited to have a personal connection to help us relocate across the country from Seattle!  When we planned a short trip to scope out the area, Ashley gave us great guidance about neighborhoods and areas to check out, along with some killer restaurant recommendations!  After selling our Seattle home and moving to temporary housing in the Raleigh area, it was time to get serious about finding our permanent place. Ashley and Wendy were ready to move quickly when we found our perfect fit, going from scheduling a showing to placing an offer in just over a day. Their guidance during the process was invaluable, both to ensure our offer was competitive and to help us understand region-specific elements we hadn’t faced before.
