We started looking at homes without a Realtor at first. When we started working with Kristy, she was able to help us find a great home closer to our ideal location. We decided on a new construction home and having Kristy as our advocate during the building process made all the difference! She was great at communicating with the builder about issues that would arise to ensure that everything was addressed. Even the builder’s lender commented that working with Kristy was great. There were some issues that could have delayed our closing by several days, but Kristy stayed in close communication with the lender to ensure we closed timely. We would definitely recommend working with Kristy to buy or sell a home!
