Sally was pivotal in helping us buy our home in Holly Springs.
The most helpful thing she did for us right away was share the real estate Homespotter App. This allowed us to browse available homes in our desired area or wherever we happened to be at any given time.
Whenever we saw a home that looked promising, Sally sent us more information on the property, and set up a visit to the home. She allowed us the freedom to visit new construction and open houses alone if we desired.
Sally gave us the freedom to look without pressuring us. The experience was very relaxing and stress-free. When we did find the home we wanted, Sally was excellent with coordinating and negotiating with the on site agent to get us all everything we needed.
Our new construction home was under contract twice before we put our bid in, and both times, Sally was quick to keep us informed. After going under contract, she walked us through all of the necessary steps and was a solid support throughout the process.
