Above and beyond expectations

I was luckily referred to use Bo Burgwyn  as my realtor from one of my close friends. I had previously been using another realtor and quickly realized that the level of service I was receiving from other agents was extremely sub par in comparison to the service I received from Bo. Bo was extremely communicative and proactive throughout my entire home-buying process. Bo helped me find properties that would be a good fit for me given my wish list of home qualities and location, and would even visit some of the properties himself if my schedule did not allow for me to do so. Bo was always available when I needed him and kept in touch regularly to ensure all of my needs were being met. Ultimately, Bo helped me find and buy the perfect downtown condo. The downtown Raleigh market is very difficult to navigate right now and I can honestly say that Bo’s expertise in this market is the sole reason the negotiations were successful. Bo truly went above and beyond my expectations.
