I closed on my first home today!! I never thought I could buy a home and have rented for over 30 years- Julie convinced me I could and connected me to the most amazing mortgage brokers. Julie held my hand the entire time and offered advice and encouragement through pulling out of the first home to avoid a potential costly outcome to finding the perfect house that was on the market for less than a day. She knew what to offer and worked with the seller’s agent and advocated in a way that they accept my offer and canceled their upcoming open house- she is amazing and a master negotiator. She handled what turned into a complicated closing calmly and professionally and everything worked out great. I am so lucky Julie made my dreams of being a homeowner a reality!!!
