Apryl was recommended to my wife and me. She scheduled a meet-and-greet call and it was then we knew Apryl was the right agent for us. We were looking for professionalism, knowledge, accountability, communication, and a down-to-earth person. Professionalism: Apryl was the consummate professional. Even when dealing with unprofessionalism and a lack of communication from other Realtors, Apryl made sure that she set the bar for professional interactions. Knowledge: I was looking for someone who would be in my corner and advocate for me both by ensuring I was educated on the home-buying process and that my interests were protected at all times. Accountability: I can’t remember a time when we called upon Apryl—and we did often—and did not get a response. It didn’t matter whether it was 10 PM at night, 6 AM in the morning, on a holiday, or even after we closed on the house. Apryl is always there to help. If she does not know the answer, she will let you know and find the answer. Apryl was always on time at viewings and always followed through with any to-dos at the end of our many meetings. Communication: Apryl ensured that she always communicated and overcommunicated important aspects of the home-buying process. She set up group chats between my wife and me; she would FaceTime with both of us if we were in separate places. Down to Earth: We called Apryl our Therapist. She knew that we were newbies in terms of the homebuying process. This in and of itself presents stress in any relationship. Apryl was able to use various exercises (I will not disclose these, but they work!!!) to extract what we as individuals were looking for in a home. As I sit in my office now in the new house, I am thankful for Apryl being more than just a Realtor. She is a family friend. Thank You, Apryl for helping us navigate this crazy market.
