The selling timeline was fast – once on the market, my home sold in 15 days! When on the market, she provided me with ample time to prepare for showings. My home had plenty of showings within the 15 days it was on the market! Which was more than twice as fast as other homes in the area were selling. It sold way faster than I thought it was going to sell! Arianne is a great negotiator and her recommendations helped a great deal, as I was personally willing to go lower on the price, but she ensured I got the best price for my home!
On home buying:
When it came to the home buying side of things, Arianne and her team were always able to get me into the homes I wanted to see quickly! It was amazing having Arianne there throughout the home buying process, as she would notice things that I wouldn’t have seen!
Buying was even easier than selling! Arianne and her team got me in my new home within two weeks! That was great, as I was SO ready to get into my new home! As soon as the offer was accepted, Arianne got all the inspections and walk-throughs scheduled right away, which got me into my new home promptly! She stayed in regular contact with calls and emails detailing what I needed to do every step of the way! The entire process, from beginning to end, was very, very easy!
