Ashley Gronewald had Excellent communication with us. She was very patient with our questions, friendly, and seemed to genuinely have our best interest at heart. – Valerie was extremely available and responsive to calls, texts, emails. Valerie was personable, helpful, thought of things that were important to consider that we would never have thought of. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and she too was patient with us. She spent a lot of time with us and we felt like we were her only clients/her top priority. – I would refer them and Relevate in a heartbeat! Ashley and Valerie have been amazing and exceeded our expectations! They were both right on top of things and held our hand with patience throughout a stressful process of decision making. When we came from out of town to look at homes, Valerie made herself available to us the entire weekend and tirelessly helped us look for the house that was right for us. My biggest concern is that we were under a deadline and we would not find even one house we liked or that was a fit. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised when we found two possibilities! Ashley went to bat for us in he negotiation process. It is obvious she really knows what she is doing and is very good at what she does. We felt that both Ashley and Valerie both had our best interests at heart. They acknowledged that ultimately whatever we chose was our decision but offered their viewpoint which was much appreciated. Everyone they have recommended to work with have also been great to work with and that has made this process easier as well. We cannot say enough positive things about Ashley and Valerie. They are both amazing people!
