We had the best possible real-estate experience selling our North Raleigh townhome with our Relevate team of Jessica Holland, David Daniel, and Patricia Vermillion. From the initial meetings, through identifying the best possible timing, to updating our bathroom, staging, coming soon, MLS, many showings, very challenging negotiations, and the closing, this team was simply wonderful. Each of them has their own special areas where they shine. As a team their skills are incredibly complementary. They are all so very nice, very warm, patient, responsive, and completely professional. We listened every step of the way and the results were a home that showed beautifully, was listed at the perfect time, had many showings, and a closing that was less than 2 months from the MLS listing with a sale price that was 96% of our list price.
