We just bought a house, and Pete was our guy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were buying from 1000 miles away, so having someone local that could deal with all the issues when we could not, was a must. Pete (and his team!) delivered beyond our expectations. He was responsive, always making sure we stayed informed, and got everything done. Even when things got a little tricky (due to external factors), Pete guided us through the process, and made our purchase possible, and as stress-free as could be expected. I would recommend Pete with no reservations, and in fact, already have, to a friend looking to buy in the area.
