From the very beginning, Bianca guided me through every step of the home-buying process and made sure I understood my options. She was always available, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interests at heart. If I ever had questions or doubts, she took the time to explain things to me in Spanish, my first language, which made me feel even more comfortable and confident throughout the process.
Bianca helped me identify the right home for our family and made sure all negotiated promotions and incentives were applied. At one point, after I had selected a specific floor plan, we discovered the salesperson had failed to mention that a feature I expected was not included and would be an additional cost. Bianca immediately addressed it and advocated for me, ultimately getting the builder to include it.
She was also present throughout the inspection process, making sure we received answers to every question that came up and that any issues identified were properly addressed and documented. I always felt like she was looking out for me and making sure nothing was overlooked.
Another example of this happened just two days before closing. Bianca noticed that some of the closing incentives available to me were not being used and would have been lost. Had she not caught it, I would have missed out on money that had already been negotiated as part of my purchase. Bianca immediately reached out to my lender and worked with them to brainstorm options for how we could use those funds. They found a solution that allowed the money to be put toward a refrigerator for our new home. I was so grateful that she was paying attention to every detail and continued advocating for us right up until closing.
