Once we were ready to list, she provided us with detailed information and suggestions on improvements we could make to our home to get top dollar. Even in a shifting market, we were able to get an above asking price offer for our home!
Bianca is very hands on and always willing to help with whatever was needed. On the day we were scheduled to take pictures for the listing, we were running a little behind getting all our boxes out to the moving truck and Bianca and her team didn’t hesitate to jump in and help carry boxes out, mop the floor and whatever else was needed! We were out of town when showings started and Bianca helped us setting up a deep cleaning appointment for the home and checking in on the house to make sure it was always looking its best. She was like the property manager we didn’t know we had!
We appreciated her prompt communication, keeping us informed at all times during the selling process as well as her communications with the other agent and making sure everything was on track towards a smooth closing.
