Bianca with Relevate Real Estate is the best! With literally a moment’s notice she assisted us in purchasing our first vacation home at the beach. She was able to act quickly and pursued our requests within 24 hours. She helped us view, make an offer and negotiate the price we wanted. Prior to closing there were a few negotiation issues and Bianca spent a tremendous amount of time researching and then proposing the perfect offer. Everything worked out and we always felt confident with Bianca leading us.
We highly recommend Bianca Palmer. Her work locally and at the coast is fantastic!
