For us, Gustavo and Suehey, the mere thought of buying a home was unreal, it seemed, impossible. My wife and I got married in 2016, emigrated to USA in 2018 to Orlando, FL in search of opportunities. Those opportunities brought us to NC by the fall of 2019. After all those years, renting, moving, etc. we started feeling home in this state. By 2020, we started with the idea of a house, our family started growing, COVID happened and that was the end of it. We postponed it until the next year, then, to the one after and so forth and so on. Going thru neighborhoods, gazing at new houses and communities, we felt we were not ready because of all the rapid changes in the market. Until 2024, by the middle of May, we saw Bianca’s First Home Seminar on a social media platform, I quickly signed up for it. I went there with hope, and I was immediately rewarded. What Bianca had prepared for us was gratifying, crystal clear information about what and how to prepare, to expect,  to do…the entire process of buying a home. At that moment I knew, we were ready to achieve and to make real the dream of buying our first home. One thing left for me to do, have Bianca on my team as my agent. She helped us with negotiating with the builder’s agent, with different lenders and even getting the best home inspectors service for our new build. She was always responsive and explanatory of all my inquiries from thru the building process to the inspection phase. She made sure to do all follow-ups to the builder for getting the house ready for closing. I cannot thank Bianca enough for her dedication and service, she made the process of buying a home simple and easy for us. Even after closing, she is always present, reaching out and making sure we are well.  Here we are, in the patio of our home, exactly five years after moving to NC, with a bigger family and in a land of opportunities.
