About a year and a half ago, I made the decision to start looking at houses. There were several reasons why I wanted to move from my townhouse. My list of what I was looking for in a new home was very specific. Bo and Michelle worked with us for over a year and a half finding the perfect home. They were so professional, and made every extra effort to find listings for us to see. We targeted specific neighborhoods in North Raleigh so that I could be closer to my family.Finally, in May of 2019, in a Seller’s market, Bo found the perfect house! I was out there at 9:00AM to look at it, and I made my first offer by 11:00! There were several people interested in the house, but Bo directed me on exactly how I can put down extra DD money on my offer and I got it!
