Brandie made our home buying in NC go smoothly. After a bit of a rough start to our search, Brandie and her team joined our search and were extremely well prepared. She took the time to listen and be very in tune with our situation. Preparation and her knowledge of the market made our time searching productive. Her showings were thorough and even looked at things that as a contractor, I would not have looked at. She was also very polite, but direct with the sell side.
