If you are like most humans considering moving, you may be experiencing some exciting things such as dreaming of the perfect home, hope for a fresh start, a shorter commute, less stress, more space to entertain, or a peaceful and private backyard for the “Ahh…now…relax….” moments. You may also be experiencing some confusion, lack of clarity, stress, overwhelm, and nervousness….

In the pursuit of a new home, the number of bedrooms often fade into the deeper motives: finding a place to relax, seeking some deep breaths and solitude after a stressful day of work on a screened porch, or building memories with family and friends.

As a Professional Real Estate Consultant, my aim is for clients to be so outrageously happy with the level of service I provide, that they naturally and gladly introduce me to others. There will be a lot of asking, advising, and advocating – and no sales, being pushy – or, perhaps equally as bad – being passive and not having confidence to provide helpful advice. Your goals will be defined, redefined, and we will work together to achieve YOUR goals.

1) Review how I work and how I’m different – but really how that would benefit you.

2) Ask you 7 questions to help you determine if you should move or just stay put.

It may be a good time for you to move, or it may not – either way is fine and I’ll be honest with you. You may want to work with me, you may not – just know either way is cool!
