CariAnn grew up in Texas, spent 14 years in Northern Minnesota and made it back to the warm weather in 2014 when she moved to North Carolina to pursue ministry school. She finished school in 2016 and worked within the church, the community and high-end boutique. Managing hospitality in the church and conferences along with outreach gives her unique ability to anticipate a need and see that it’s fulfilled. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the Triangle Real Estate Market, helps her clients understand the complexities involved in such a fast growing and quickly moving area. Whether they’re moving to the area or already here, each person gets the same care and wisdom.  

In 2019 she married her husband and now business partner Eric. He came with 2 beautiful kids and made her a mom overnight. In 2020 they launched their own real estate brokerage – with his history in real estate and her desire to help people find the right home for their lifestyle, they created a business that kept them busy. She on the front-facing end, helping clients navigate the crazy market and he on the back end, keeping the show on the road.

Whether she’s working with the homeless or the homed, each person in front of her is important to her. She digs in to find the real key to what the person is needing and helps them navigate until they’ve landed. Her desire to see her clients happy about their home, knowledge of the market and desire to teach has helped her clients with offers and get their keys. Buying or selling, she has helped people move into and out of the area. 

She spends many weekends in basketball gyms (all over the Southeast) supporting her daughter and son. She enjoys her evening walks with Eric and their dog Max.
