It was stressful selling our home and purchasing another in a different state and had I known Chuck sooner, I would have hired him earlier in the process. His past experience with the builder and the neighborhood we chose was great in informing us about a very confusing process. His recommendations on who to work with for inspections, insurance, loan, etc was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of time in vetting options. During the long and challenging home build he kept the train moving and set expectations for what was to come. Chuck is very responsive, has great communication and his approach to business is very personable, which our family appreciates. My advice to anybody going through this similar situation is to know what you want and don’t settle but be realistic in your expectations. Chuck helped our family navigate a complex multi-step, out-of-state move. His experience and knowledge were critical in helping us make tough decisions throughout our building process, which lasted more than a year. Surfing these uncharted waters without him would have been very challenging. We’re glad that Chuck was our Realtor and look forward to more real estate adventures in the future!
