Building a house while in another state had its challenges so we relied on Chuck to really get a sense of what we were getting into. Even in the middle of a pandemic, pregnant for the first time, we could tell that we were in great hands. Having never built a new home before, we felt in the know about the process and any questions we had were answered. Chuck’s communication is stellar and the impression we had is that he actually cares, like really cares about people. We felt Chuck went above and beyond when our house in Denver was taking longer to sell. He checked in all the time and he used his contacts in Denver to make sure we were listed and marketed correctly. We felt taken care of and he found ways to make us feel valued through the process. Chuck is a true gem and you won’t regret working with him. The level of care he puts into his work is something special. And he is incredibly competent in the process which CANNOT be overlooked when buying a new build.
