Competent, knowledgeable, and kind. Chuck was easy to work with and responsive to my questions. Buying a home in NC from California, sight unseen, was a totally different process than I was used but I was well informed along the way. Chuck’s vendor partners were communicative and efficient. Not sure I would have done anything differently. I was not in a position to physically visit for on-site touring of properties, but Facetime tours were available to me. Chuck listened and heard my requirements. Chuck and his team were very responsive whenever I had questions. If there is anybody else considering moving to Raleigh from another state, I would tell them to go with a referral if possible and consider Chuck and his team. Chuck will work very hard to identify the right property for you and will guide you through the process. Things really were seamless as far as the closings and transfer of the property.
