Courtney is Incredible to Work with!

I cannot thank Courtney and her team enough for their patience and dedication to helping  find the home of my dreams.  When I first started working with Courtney,  I wasn’t sure whether I wanted a traditional house, condo, or townhouse or where exactly within the triangle I wanted to live, much less what features I wanted in a house.  I only knew that I was tired of renting and ready to be a homeowner again.   Courtney really took the time to get to know me and showed me countless houses until I figured out what was important to me. She was equally dedicated to helping me find the perfect home and also put me in touch with a mortgage lender, appraiser, painter, moving company, etc…that she knew and trusted. Each vendor she referred did a fantastic job to make my closing and move as smooth as possible.  Courtney was incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with, I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a realtor!
