Relevate Real Estate Inc. offers optional text messages to customers and other people who have spoken with our employees and expressly agreed to receive them.
Messages you may receive
With your permission, we send short summaries of your conversations with our employees and reminders of upcoming meetings you have agreed to attend. This customer messaging program does not enroll you in promotional or marketing texts.
How you consent
You can give verbal permission during a live, recorded conversation with a Relevate Real Estate employee. You may consent to conversation summaries, meeting reminders, or both. We retain the recorded call as evidence of permission. Merely providing a phone number or accepting a meeting invitation does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your conversations and scheduled meetings. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email mike@relevate.life, or call 919-740-7000. You may also tell your Relevate employee that you no longer wish to receive texts.
