My husband and I have completed nearly a dozen relocations between us but there are several ways in which our experience working with David Daniel stands out. The first is the effort that David and his team invested in understanding our needs before our first house hunting trip to The Triangle. In addition to learning about our preferences regarding schools and leisure, their interactive website allowed David to quickly understand what we were looking for by collecting our feedback on current listings in a way that was both fun and efficient.
Once we began to visit properties – many of which were under construction – David’s knowledge of and experience in the building trade was invaluable. He helped us to identify key elements of quality construction, and looked out for our interests by identifying potential problems. Once we had settled on a house under construction, David made specific suggestions for upgrades and improvements that have made our home more comfortably livable.
Finally, our working relationship with David did not end on closing day. We appreciate the care he has taken to follow up on post-closing details: providing us with well-organized documentation, recommending local tradespeople, and patiently answering all manner of questions as we work through warranty items with our builder.
