I’m originally from Buffaloe, NY, and I always knew after medical school, we would like to move south. I completed medical school in Georgetown, then moved to Greensboro for my residency at Moses Cone. After my residency, we moved to Wake Forest  and knew immediately that the Triangle area was the place for us! My husband, kids and I just love it here and there are so many reasons why. One of my favorite things about this area is that you can get out and take a nice, long run all year long on any of the many trails in the parks and neighborhoods throughout the area. My advice for newcomers is that each area has its own personality and advantages, so do your homework and research before making a decision.

My practice, Doctor Direct, is a family practice operating outside of insurance. We contract directly with patients for all primary care needs.
