We had an excellent experience with Chuck and his team. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and professional. Not only were we well informed, it seemed like our questions were anticipated and answered before we even had the opportunity to ask them. Everyone that was recommended and/or hired provided amazing service and will also get our recommendation in the future. We were made to feel like family. Even before the purchase was completed, we were invited to client events, taken for coffee on our birthdays, and introduced to family members. It made us more comfortable in our community and eliminated a lot of angst that usually comes with relocation.
In addition, Chuck was present for every important meeting right from the start. He was there to clarify questions, ask important questions, and used his prior relationship with the builder to help head off possible issues before they took place. This was an exceptional experience. We appreciated that Chuck shared his opinion in a way that we didn’t feel forced to take it. If you’re planning on buying a home, hire and then listen to Chuck. He knows his business. Chuck works to make you feel like part of the family and to ensure that you feel important, included, and valued. He knows that the process of buying and/or building a home can be stressful, and he works diligently to mitigate that stress. He listens to what you want and need, and leads in a way that provides options that are good choices to help the client fulfill their desires.
