From our Buyer Orientation call to closing, Sally was easy to trust. We felt like we were getting advice/opinions from a friend who was in it for our best interest! Sally guided us through the home buying process, answered all of our questions and presented market research for the  specific area of our interest. As we made choices to invest in our first home, she helped us feel comfortable with the decisions we made along the way. During the home buying process, we chose to purchase new construction. Little did we know that during the months ahead, Sally would be the communication bridge between the builder and onsite agent navigating the journey through building delays, supply chain issues and inspections! Sally was steps ahead in handling all the details. She is a good leader who surrounds herself with a good team who were where we needed them, when we needed them! All the way to closing day, Sally and her team worked in tandem, seamlessly to deliver excellent customer service. Oh, and did we mention, our new home is in New Bern and Sally lives in the Triangle! Sally has team support from one end of NC to the other end!
