Gary Gronewald

Gary was a Zoology major who attended Washington State University. A man of many talents and passions he enjoyed a 35 year career as an Airline Pilot where he honed his skills of being calm in all situations.  His passion for investment properties and rehabs led him to start and operate Green Forest Real Estate with his son Jed.  While running and operating Green Forest Gary worked closely with Relevate. Relevate agents referred Short Sale business to Gary as the local expert in distressed properties. While sad to lose Gary as a short sale specialist Relevate was thrilled to gain Gary as a Client Service Manager. Gary contributes years of experience brokering both the buying and selling of homes as well as a love of person-to-person interactions.  Gary resides in Durham with his lovely wife Jody and has three beautiful grown children, Jed, Todd & Tori.  While he remains passionate about real estate and his family his first love is the lord.
