Hanes Joyner has been a proud resident of the Triangle since 2011. Originally hailing from Ahoskie, NC, Hanes attended Barton College on a soccer scholarship, where he pursued a degree in Business Management. His time at Barton College not only honed his skills in business but also fostered his passion for teamwork and perseverance, traits that have proven invaluable in his real estate career.
Upon relocating to Raleigh, Hanes eagerly explored a variety of professional opportunities. His diverse experiences and unwavering dedication eventually led him to earn his NC Real Estate License in 2016. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a thriving career in real estate.
Since obtaining his license, Hanes has excelled as a broker, dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. His comprehensive understanding of the market, coupled with his commitment to client satisfaction, has made him a trusted advisor in the industry. Hanes’s expertise extends beyond brokerage; he has also served as Director of Sales and Land Acquisitions for a custom home builder, where he played a crucial role in developing systems and processes for client satisfaction. Additionally, he briefly held the position of Broker in Charge, further showcasing his leadership abilities.
Currently, Hanes resides in Clayton with his girlfriend and their two beloved dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active and embracing the great outdoors through running, hiking, and climbing.
