I don’t usually write reviews, for strong personal reasons. For Jinger, I am making the exception. I can’t say enough positive words about her as a person and our agent. She is kind, knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, honest, and responsible. We had a wonderful experience with Jinger after meeting her at an open house that she was hosting. We had already been looking at many houses by ourselves online, via drive-bys, and open houses. We decided to sign with Jinger and she did not disappoint in finding us new properties that fit our very specific desires. She found a property we loved before it listed, we got in there the first day, and completed the offer and got the house with lots of advice and help from Jinger. We told her we had a lot going on and needed “easy”, and she heard us and handled all of the tasks we needed her to. All of this was the kind of stuff you expect from a good realtor. What really set her apart was how she handled a very simple, yet significant, mistake that was made. She accepted responsibility gracefully and made it right without any squirming. There was plenty of blame to go around, but regardless she took ownership and displayed her true qualities as both a person and a professional. I recommend Jinger without hesitation. In fact, since then my in-laws have listed a home with her (its going great), and she doesn’t know this yet, but we are likely to list the home we have vacated with her instead of renting it out. You won’t go wrong choosing Jinger Robinson.
