How to Keep Your Volume UP in a DOWN Year

At the end of last year…

I knew 2023 was going to be more challenging than the previous years

…and we were going to see a lot of agents leave the business or at least think about it.

It might be harder, it might be more work, but here’s the thing… the system I’m using is predictable. I went into this year KNOWING that I was not just going to just be okay, but I was going to THRIVE. And that’s exactly what’s happened.

When I think of the reasons why I’m still thriving in one of the most challenging markets in history, the marketing team is the first thing that comes to mind. I don’t have to spend time and energy thinking about how to stay in touch with people. That’s created for me. I’ve got ENDLESS support through different campaigns every month that demonstrates both my character and my skill while staying in close contact with my network.

Next, I’ve got amazing collaboration with fifteen other top producing agents in my office who get together and share ideas, talk about what’s working for each other, and nobody is scared to share that because we realize there’s enough business out there for everybody. So if we can help each other out, it’s only going to help ourselves out. I love that.

Finally, we have our licensed support team that does EVERYTHING to serve my clients and I didn’t have to hire or train or manage them. That’s huge because that allows nothing to slip in the transactions where I can then spend the majority of my time building relationships and growing my business and STILL have lots of time to spend with my family.
