Do ALL of the prep work that she suggests. I know this works because she sold my house before it even went on the market with a pre-showing!!! This was after another realtor had it on the market for a month, got a full price offer and couldn’t close the deal for me!
Selling a home can be stressful for all parties however working with Trinity removes the worry.
