James has been a Physical Therapist for the past twenty years while focusing his efforts on educating patients and improving their overall experience. Approximately 10 years ago, James decided to venture into Real Estate investing by renting single family homes. This eventually led into flipping single family homes and forming further partnerships with investors. Because he had such a great experience with long term rentals and flipping, he realized helping clients find that perfect home was the missing link in his passion. 

James has a BS/MS from D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University on Long Island, NY. He has always been the type of person to figure out problems and make things work. His time as a Physical Therapist has prepared him to serve his clients with unconditional positive regard and support that he will be there every step of the way. 

James is a cyclist and can be found cycling throughout Cary for double- or triple-digit miles with his music and occasionally a destination. James loves to travel and explore new places throughout North Carolina and the Country. James is a member of Pleasant Union Lodge #51 in Morrisville and serves as a Y Guides Advisory Board member for the YMCA.
