Throughout the process, Tara and her team were always available and on time. They were clear and objective in their responses and quickly narrowed in on exactly what we were looking for in our home. They worked seamlessly with our builder and other contractors to ensure that all of our questions were answered and details ironed out.
They were happy to put us in touch with excellent resources (contractors, inspectors, lenders) and during inspections, were fully committed to ensuring no detail went unnoticed. If something needed addressed, their follow up was quick and complete. During the final purchase process we threw them a real curve ball – Covid. The day before closing on our home was to occur, Tara’s team scrambled to change everything to electronic signatures so that there would be no delay. Doing this, allowed us to close on time, keep all of our contractors and movers lined up to immediately work in the house, and keep everything on track.
On a scale of one to ten we would say that Tara & her team are a ten (and we are not easy graders)! We have already and will continue to recommend Tara without hesitation. Job well done!
