Joelle was born and raised in Oregon and was a 25-year Colorado resident, but has called North Carolina home since 2011. She’s lived and studied in Germany and Austria, and have traveled extensively. Joelle has a keen sense of what it’s like to settle into a new home in an unfamiliar place—She knows these are the kinds of experiences that help her really connect with her real estate clients over navigating the process of buying or selling a home.

Joelle’s first career was as a German teacher—She has taught students from 4th grade through university undergraduate. She sincerely believe that teachers bring a unique and valuable skill-set to the real estate business, and she is no exception. Joelle  is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, communicative, compassionate, and responsive—all traits that served her well as a teacher and continue to serve her today as an enthusiastic, committed, full-time realtor.

Joelle is the mom of two phenomenal kids who are her teachers and her joy. She is a fiddle player and a sometime silversmith. She loves to read, see movies, ski, and eat. She loves the outdoors and traveling—when she’s not helping you buy or sell a home, she is probably out finding a new place to explore.
