Chuck and his whole team made the home buying process a breeze! As first time home buyers we were walking into the process not 100% sure how it would all go, and they were there every step of the way. Chuck and his team updated us on every step and made sure we stuck to the timeline. Chuck was exceptional with his communication and support, even after closing! We are still dealing with issues after closing, and Chuck has been there to support us and reach out to the builder when needed. Communication has been AMAZING from Chuck and his team. We were given updates almost daily, especially as we got closer to closing. Our advice to anybody else going through this is to make sure to stay on top of things, it makes the process so much easier. And if you have a question, ask it! Chuck was amazing and is who you want as a real estate agent because of his experience and knowledge. We highly recommend Chuck to everyone!
