Kate has a straight-forward, people first, empathic and educational approach in real estate. After moving to NC from the Hudson Valley, NY, and before becoming a real estate agent, Kate was a well-known yoga teacher throughout the Triangle. She has taught over 2,000 classes, led retreats, and has even created her own yoga school in which she taught and certified new yoga teachers. Kate carries the principles of compassion, acceptance, truthfulness and trust in everything she does, including her real estate business. Beyond being a yoga teacher, Kate is a lifelong equestrian, and implements a sense of subtle awareness, patience, and realism she has learned from spending most of her life with horses. Those values go hand-in-hand with her New York sense of grit and determination to make her one heck of a real estate professional.
